Technical Development

For Aviation

• We have developed the machining of critical/intricate components of MIG Engine Spares of Class I as well as for Su-30 Engines. Including intricate machining of Turbine Blade(MOC Titanium) on our state of art 6-Axis Milling Machine (from M/s Deckal Maho, Germany)
• Developed & Supplied Landing Axle for HAL -ARDC Bangalore.
• Developed spares for I.J.T. Aircraft for HAL- Kanpur Division.

For Railways

RDSO approved source for manufacturing of the following components:

• Magnet Frames- Hitachi HS15250A
• MSU Tubes & Components for Hitachi, 3 Phase 6FRA6068 & 4303By.
• Traction Motor component of TAO 659,HS15250,6FRA6068 & 6FXA7059
• Stator manufacturing & machining of 6FRA6068 and 6FXA7059
• Modification and Conversion of Magnet Frames TAO659 & 165M/752 from plain sleeve to Roller Bearing
• Aluminium Gear Cases of EMU, DSL locos & Pivot Pins for EMU.

For BHEL, Haridwar

• Developed machining of Springs of 500MW Generator (Import Substitute)
• Developed & Supplied Duct Spacer component for vent of executer plate of 250/500 MW D.G.Set.
• Developed Complete rotor with both side impeller as single pcs for Main Oil Pump casing of 250/500MW Turbine as import substitute for M/s Siemens, Germany.
• Developed "Nozzle" for the Russian steam Turbine of 210MW as import Substitute.
• Developed machining of Steam Turbine Blade of various specification & doing since 2009.

For Fertilizer / Refinery Units

• Developed & supplied Valve Blocks/Cylinder Block/ Manifolds of Ammonia Carbonate Feed Pump out of ASTM-A-182 Gr-F-304 /316L & 316LN(Pump Make - URACA Germany, Worthington Germany / Japan, Pironi Italy.
• Plunger , Stuffing Box & other complete accessories of above pumps.
• Piston, Piston Rod, Liners & other components for compressor of Kobe Japan.
• Piston, Cylinder, Gasket, Main Shaft, Pusher shaft for the Centrifugal Pump.
• Impellers, Shaft and other related spares which are of critical nature of having different metrology.

For ONGC

• We have Manufactured "Fluid End" along with other components for "MUD PUMP" of different capacity under Deemed Export.

CONTRIBUTION TO IMPORT SUBSTITUTE

1	For all Fertilizer units Petrochemical / Refineries we have been supplying components/ spares of highly intricate and precision in nature for their imported hi-tech rotating equipment, pumps & compressors by developing, machining by way of reverse engineering with all the requisite quality norms/standards
2	Developing & machining of components for Hydro/Steam/Gas Turbine manufactured by BHEL, Haridwar.
3	For Indian Railways we have developed: Traction Motor Stator frame for High Speed Loco Engines. Reconditioning / Rehabilitation & Conversion of Plain Sleeve Bearing Type to Roller Bearing Type Magnetic Frame of Traction Motor.
	The quantum of foreign exchange saved is enormous in tune to million of US$. It is very difficult to provide the exact amount of saving which our valuable customers must have saved in foreign exchange as our components are cost effective in comparison to foreign original equipment manufactures
